I'm Doing 31 Blog Posts in 31 Days. Here's Why.

This month, FroMotion — Me, the owner, Danielle — is taking on the Ultimate Blog Challenge: one new post here on the site, every single day, for all of July.

If you've never heard of it, it's a community of bloggers who all commit to writing daily for a month straight. Some are seasoned pros, some are picking this up for the first time, like me. Nobody's grading it, there's no perfect streak required. The whole point is just showing up and writing, even on the days it would be easier not to.

Actually, I used to have a little photo blog back in the day on Tumblr, before IG became the shinier, faster version. It feels a bit full circle to be coming back to the idea of blogging now as an adult who runs a content-centered business.

Why tho?

Honestly, because it's the exact thing I tell clients to do. Consistency isn't just about discipline; it also affects your strategy. I say some version of that constantly, and the easiest way to prove I actually believe it is to do the thing out loud, where you can watch it happen. Not a polished campaign with a launch date and a calendar mapped six weeks out. Just daily, real, sometimes messy showing up.

That's kind of the whole philosophy here anyway. Content isn't a billboard. It's not about hitting you with the same pitch from every angle until something lands. It's showing up consistently enough that the right people start to feel like they know you. That takes reps. This is reps.

Mostly, I'm just curious.

I'm a curious person by nature, and I'm genuinely interested in what happens to my own thinking when I have to write something new every day for a month. No planning six weeks out, no perfect polish, just whatever's actually on my mind, connected to whatever I've been noticing in the work or in my own business lately.

This isn't about growing a following or hitting a number. It's closer to curiosity mixed with a little stubbornness, and I want to see where it takes me.

What to expect…

Expect some mindset shifts to creative work, thoughts on building online communities, and a good amount of content strategy talk. Some days will be short, some more developed, and I'm making peace with that now instead of in week three.

If you want to follow along, I'd love that. New post here daily, all July. No pressure to read every single one, just glad you're here.

And if any of this has you thinking you might want to try something like it yourself, the Ultimate Blog Challenge is still open all month. Anyone can jump in and start posting daily right alongside the rest of us, no perfect streak required. You can check it out at ultimateblogchallenge.com.

Day 1, done. Thirty to go.
