Content Ideas Hiding in Your Customers' Questions
Blogtober! Day 10 of 31 · Fri, Oct 10, 2026
Think about the questions you answer over and over.
The ones that show up in your DMs, your inbox, and in conversations with customers, sometimes word for word. You might even have a copy-and-paste answer saved for a few of them.
Those questions are telling you exactly what people want to know about your business. And each one is a content idea waiting to be made.
Every repeat question already has a job
Earlier this week, I wrote about giving your content a job. The questions people keep asking come with one built in, because they answer something your people already care about.
Pricing and process questions,
like "How much does it cost?" or "What happens after I book?", build trust. When people can see how you work before they reach out, they feel more confident taking the next step.
"How does this work?" questions,
like how to use, care for, or get the most out of what you offer, can bring new people in. Someone else is likely searching for that same answer.
"Is this right for me?" questions
invite people to take a next step. Answering them helps the right people recognize themselves in what you offer, and helps everyone else move on with no hard feelings.
When you answer a question once in your content, you also have something to point people to the next time it comes up.
What question do you answer the most?
Share it in the comments if you'd like. I'd love to hear it.
