The Artist Collective Academy
Brand Gallery + Social Media Series
This project was created in collaboration with an artist collective during the early stages of building their academy. At the time, the physical salon academy space was still in development, but the vision for education, community, and creative growth was already clear.
The goal was to begin shaping how the collective would show up visually and narratively — even before the academy officially opened.

We focused on creating content that could support both the present moment and what was coming next.
Similar to other story-driven projects, this included a small brand photo gallery paired with interview-style video conversations. These sessions gave our artists space to speak openly about their journeys, their craft, and the purpose behind building an academy rooted in shared learning and community.
From those conversations, we created short-form reels that could be used to introduce the collective, build anticipation, and begin forming connection — even while the physical space was still taking shape.
Rather than waiting for everything to be “finished,” the content was designed to grow alongside the academy.

The project resulted in content that helped the collective begin telling their story early and intentionally.
This included:
A brand photo gallery capturing the artists and collective energy
Interview-based video content centered on real journeys and perspectives
Short-form reels designed for storytelling and community-building
Visual assets that could support both pre-launch and future use

A selection of brand and lifestyle images alongside short video clips pulled from the interviews, highlighting artists in conversation, reflection, and connection during the academy’s formation.

This project shows how content doesn’t have to wait for perfection. For brands and collectives in transition or growth phases, storytelling can begin before everything is built.
By creating visuals and narrative content during the process, the Artist Collective Academy was able to start building awareness, trust, and community ahead of launch — allowing people to feel part of the journey, not just the end result.
